Location:    This ranch is located 3 miles from Yorktown in DeWitt County, with a mile of frontage on paved FM 2980.  It is approximately 75 miles E of San Antonio, 100 miles S of Austin, and 160 miles SW of Houston. 

Vegetation: Approximately 75% of the ranch is covered with beautiful live oaks and native brush, with the remaining acreage in native and improved pasture.
